Share

A synagogue on Adelaide Street North in London was targeted when a brick was thrown through one of its windows, according to police reports. The incident occurred during the late hours of October 6 or early hours of October 7. Authorities have confirmed that alcohol and money from a charity box were stolen during the break-in.

Although there is currently no evidence suggesting that the incident was driven by hate, the case has been transferred to the street crime unit for investigation and is also under scrutiny by the hate crime unit, as stated by a police representative. The Street Crime Unit of the London police has taken charge of the investigation, with the Hate Crime Unit also involved in reviewing the matter.
