American country artist Jelly Roll and podcaster Bunnie Xo have broken their silence following their recent divorce announcement. During his performance at the Saratoga Springs, N.Y., stop of his Little ASS Shed Tour, Jelly Roll addressed rumors surrounding their separation, emphasizing that he and his ex-wife remain close friends and denying any infidelity despite his previous admission of an affair.
In a video shared on his Instagram page, Jelly Roll expressed gratitude for their 10-year marriage and clarified that the decision to part ways was amicable. Meanwhile, Bunnie Xo, also known as Alisa Deford, disclosed details about the divorce on her podcast, Dumb Blonde, revealing that they are still planning to co-parent and are expecting a child together through IVF.
The divorce process was triggered by a heated argument on Mother’s Day, during which Bunnie Xo instructed Jelly Roll to file for divorce out of frustration, leading to a temporary estrangement. Ultimately, Jelly Roll filed for divorce on May 18, citing irreconcilable differences, as per court records in Williamson County, Tenn.
Although the couple tied the knot in 2016 and renewed their vows in 2023, they do not have children together. Jelly Roll has two children from previous relationships. Both Jelly Roll and Bunnie Xo have openly discussed relationship challenges in the past, with Jelly Roll admitting to an affair in a podcast interview and Bunnie Xo mentioning their breakup in a TikTok post from 2024.
