“Nunavut’s Territorial Election: Voters Head to Polls Oct. 27”

Territorial election day falls on Monday, Oct. 27. Voters will go to the polls to select their next Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs). Nunavut has 22 ridings distributed across 25 communities, featuring a mix of new candidates and experienced politicians. In 20 of these ridings, voters will cast their ballots, while the remaining two have already been decided without contest. CBC North will provide live coverage, including real-time results, commencing at 7 p.m. ET on Monday. A special election night broadcast will be available for streaming on CBC North’s website, YouTube, and the FAST channel, hosted by Teresa Qiatsuq.
