Following Boseman’s passing in 2020 and the revelation in the 2022 film Black Panther: Wakanda Forever that T’Challa has a son, fans speculated about who would assume the Black Panther mantle, with Damson Idris and Wright being considered contenders.
The original Black Panther movie in 2018 made history by becoming the first superhero film to secure a best picture Oscar nomination and grossed over $1.3 billion globally. The sequel also performed admirably, earning $850 million.
In another exciting development, Ryan Gosling is set to collaborate with director Shawn Levy, with whom he previously worked on Star Wars: Starfighter, for the upcoming Ghost Rider film.
