The Backstreet Boys have announced a series of concerts in Toronto set for the upcoming year to showcase their enduring popularity to Canadian fans. The ’90s boy band will perform Into the Millennium — Homecoming: Live in Canada at Toronto’s Rogers Centre in February. These shows are said to be the group’s only North American stadium performances in 2027.
The announcement of the Toronto concerts was made through a social media post featuring a flashy promotional video showing the band boarding a plane adorned with their name and a red maple leaf. Brian Littrell, a member of the group, expressed gratitude for the support they have received from Canadian fans over the years, stating that returning to Canada holds a special place in their hearts.
The upcoming shows in Toronto follow the success of the Backstreet Boys’ recent Into the Millennium concert series at the immersive Las Vegas venue, Sphere, in 2025. The band’s residency in Las Vegas was extended into the summer of the following year, with additional dates scheduled around New Year’s Day.
Currently, the group is performing in Germany, with a series of 10 shows in Düsseldorf. Backstreet Boys mentioned that Germany was the first country to fully embrace their music when they first started out.
Similar to their performances in Las Vegas and Düsseldorf, the Toronto concerts will focus on celebrating the Backstreet Boys’ iconic 1999 album, Millennium, which sold approximately 24 million copies worldwide. The setlist for the Toronto shows will feature hits from Millennium such as “I Want It That Way,” “Larger Than Life,” and “Show Me the Meaning of Being Lonely.” Additionally, fans can expect to hear other favorites from the band’s discography, including classics like “Everybody (Backstreet’s Back)” and lesser-known tracks like “The Perfect Fan.”
The Backstreet Boys will take the stage in Toronto on February 12, 13, 19, and 20, 2027. Ticket sales to the public will commence on October 9, with various presale opportunities, including for Rogers customers, starting the following Monday.
