New York (7-0-2-5), which had previously shut out Charge 4-0 in the season opener, extended their point streak to seven games. Jaime Bourbonnais, Kristin O’Neill, and Anne Cherkowski found the back of the net for the Sirens, with Sarah Fillier providing two assists, while Callie Shanahan made 17 saves.

Hughes opened the scoring early in the game, followed by Leslie and Jenner extending Ottawa’s lead to 3-0. Bourbonnais, O’Neill, and Cherkowski then orchestrated a comeback for New York, equalizing the scoreline.
